These Terms of Service govern access to the MACHASE website and purchases from Zendoors Inc., operating as MACHASE. By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies incorporated by reference. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Store and product information
We aim to present accurate product descriptions, compatibility information, images, dimensions, pricing, and availability. Acrylic appearance, reflections, and screen colours can vary. Pre-production renderings may be identified as such. Final written specifications and production photography take priority wherever they differ. Product development information is not a promise that an unapproved feature or specification will be offered.
MACHASE holder-fit versions use dedicated spacer geometry and are not interchangeable. The customer is responsible for selecting the fit corresponding to the stated holder profile. Specialty, oversized, altered, damaged, or unusually thick holders require written confirmation before ordering. Do not force a holder into an opening.
Snap Mag cases are included only with a Snap Mag configuration. Cards, PSA slabs, and BGS slabs are not included unless a product page expressly says otherwise. Third-party names are used solely to describe compatibility; no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied.
Orders and acceptance
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not itself constitute final acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment for inventory, payment authorization, fraud, sanctions, pricing, listing, shipping, legal, or safety reasons. A cancelled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Prices, taxes, payment, and international charges
Prices are shown in the storefront currency. Unless stated otherwise, shipping and Canadian sales taxes are additional and shown before payment. Payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Orders may be subject to authorization, identity verification, fraud review, and provider terms. International duties, brokerage, and destination taxes may be payable by the recipient when not collected at checkout.
Shipping, returns, and warranty
The Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Limited Warranty form part of these terms. Product-specific information controls when it is more specific.
Installation and safe use
MACHASE products are designed for indoor wall mounting. Installation must use fasteners and anchors suitable for the wall substrate and completed assembly. Follow the current product-specific guide and template, verify the assembly before loading valuable cards, support acrylic during handling, and never overtighten hardware. The customer is responsible for deciding whether professional installation is appropriate. MACHASE products are not shelves, handles, toys, or load-bearing supports.
Intellectual property and prohibited use
The storefront and its original text, images, graphics, product designs, logos, layout, code, and other content are owned by or licensed to MACHASE and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, republish, sell, reverse engineer, scrape at an unreasonable rate, or create unauthorized commercial derivative materials. You may not interfere with security, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, infringe rights, or use the store or products for unlawful or deceptive purposes.
Third-party services
Shopify, payment providers, carriers, embedded services, and other third parties may have separate terms. MACHASE is not responsible for third-party services beyond obligations imposed by law or an express written commitment.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis and product warranties are limited to those expressly stated. MACHASE is not responsible for card grading, authenticity, market value, fading, or damage caused by a third-party holder, sunlight, heat, moisture, improper installation, misuse, modification, impact, or incompatible cleaners. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where limitation is permitted, aggregate liability arising from a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory rights available under another applicable consumer law. Disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction unless the parties agree otherwise.
